You want to try out rude.com? It's a giant site with lots of stuff. Yes they have the free teaser cams, but there are limits to what you can see without registering.

I'd say try it for a while but you have to dig deep to find the good stuff. Start out in the free chat -- and ok there is this annoying text over the video but after a while it sort of fades from your consciousness-- and try it out.
